Our Occupational Safety Policy

MGE METAL A.Ş. aims to ensure the continuity of safe and healthy working environments and to minimize losses at every stage of raw material procurement, production, transportation and other services.

Within the framework of legal and other requirements, we aim to improve working environments, identify hazards and eliminate risks.

With the support of our employees, we undertake to resolve nonconformities quickly and effectively in order to achieve the goal of “zero occupational accidents” and to promote a culture of safety by providing employees with vocational and general occupational health and safety training.

Our Environmental Policy

MGE METAL A.Ş. aims for continuous improvement through a resource and waste management system that prevents environmental risks by implementing the technical developments required to achieve sustainable environmental principles and objectives during raw material processing and production.

We aim to monitor the amount of waste, emissions and resource consumption that may occur at every stage of production and transportation, reduce them at their source and carry out recycling activities.

We undertake to manage energy resources efficiently, raise our employees' awareness of environmental and waste management, prevent environmental pollution through permanent solutions and prioritize the use of sustainable resources.

We aim to contribute to the mitigation of climate change, adapt to changes, support the protection of ecosystems and promote environmental awareness through social responsibility projects.

Our Quality Policy

To provide a production and service approach focused on customer and employee satisfaction and based on the philosophy of zero defects, we ensure that the quality management system is understood, implemented and maintained at every level of the company.

We aim to prevent errors before they occur, take the necessary measures to prevent errors from recurring and continuously improve the quality management system.

We adopt as our quality policy the close monitoring of developing technologies in our sector, the continuous training of our employees and continuous improvement together with our suppliers in order to provide complete and accurate service to our customers.
